PLANNING PACKAGES
I am happy to offer my services to you within various packages. You should book my services as soon as you realize that you would like someone else to handle some or all of the planning details for you. This doesn’t mean I make the decisions for you, but I will provide the information required as well as arrange/book the things that you have decided upon.
CONSULTING
We can talk about the plans you are making to make sure you are on the right track. I can also provide you with direction as to what you should do, and when, in order to get what you want (ie. Venue, catering prices, meal choices, stationery design, gown design, etc.)
Some items we may talk about would be:RATE: $150.00 for one hour
These sessions must be paid at the end of the hour. Maximum one hour per consultation period. Initial consultation meeting will be applied directly to your deposit for services if you decide to hire me as your coordinator or planner.
WEDDING COORDINATOR
This service is offered two to four weeks immediately prior to and including the Wedding Day. It is not meant as a last minute wedding planner, but as the coordinator to your plans.
I will make sure everything runs smoothly on your special day. You will provide an outline of service providers, a day itinerary, contact names and numbers, and leave the rest to me!
You will have already made most if not all of the decisions. I will make confirmation calls to your service providers to confirm final details. You are responsible for paying deposits on time and entering into contracts with your service providers.
RATE: $1,500 - $2,500
DAY OF Additional help: $250.00 per person for 8 hours
FULL WEDDING PLANNER
This service is provided 6 to 12 months in advance of your wedding day and includes 'day-of' services. It includes the full planning service, with consultation meetings, venue and service provider meetings and negotiations, and more.
Some services include:
RATE: $5,000 or 15% of your total budget, whichever is higher
EMERGENCY SERVICE
I hope this doesn't happen to anyone, but if you find that you have left too many things to the last minute and are in danger of jeopardizing your own wedding, give me a call. If time allows, (chances are probable that someone else will have already booked my time at that short of notice), I will come to your rescue so that you still have a wonderful wedding of your dreams.
RATE: $2,500 and up, depending on what still needs to be done
PARTY PLANNING
Although our packages do not include the planning of your bridal shower, bachelor or bachelorette parties, or planning the gift opening, I can make recommendations to you for these parties and help you with responsibility lists for your attendants. Rehearsal Dinner Planning is part of your Full Wedding Planner Package only.
The reason for this is because I feel that your attendants and/or family members should be the ones planning these events for you. If you still decide that you would like me to plan these parties for you, additional payment aside from your package or consultation is required.
