RECORDING
VIDEO RECORDING OF ANY FUNTAZM ENTERTAINMENT PERFORMANCES WITHOUT OUR PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT IS NOT PERMISSIBLE AND SUBJECT TO A FINE.
If anyone is video recording a FunTAZM performance, the performance will be stopped until recording has stopped. If recording re-starts or does not stop, the performer(s) are under no obligation to continue their performance and may leave without any responsibility to fulfill the contracted service. FunTAZM will not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of video recording our performances.
Photographs are permissible only in certain circumstances and with our prior knowledge. Contact FunTAZM more than 48 hours prior to the event if you intend to take photographs at our performance(s). Photographs are only permissible during the performance with our consent and provided they do not affect the atmosphere created during the performance, that they do not affect the performers themselves, or affect any audience members. All photographs must be provided to FunTAZM Entertainment within 48 hours of the event. If published anywhere, photographs must include appropriate credit to FunTAZM Entertainment and names of the performer(s). FunTAZM performers will be happy to pose for photos at the end of their performance.
Transmission or posting of any FunTAZM Entertainment performances by third parties is not permissible without our written consent. If our consent is given, proper credit must include "FunTAZM Entertainment", the name of the performer(s), and our website address. Contact us regarding this.
It is the responsibility of the person(s) hiring FunTAZM to ensure that recording does not take place and that these rules are abided by. FunTAZM is not responsible if services are not delivered as agreed if recording is present without our consent or knowledge.
COMMUNICATIONS
FunTAZM Entertainment will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by any user of this Web site resulting from the communication of confidential information over the Internet.
Information provided to and collected by FunTAZM Entertainment for the purpose of customizing Team Building Workshops, Inspirational Talks, and all programming therein will be held in confidence from third-party individuals and groups. Confidentiality agreements will be signed upon request from either party. Information may be referenced in future programming provided the identity of any individual or group is not divulged or inferred.
In providing information for customizing options, especially in the case of telegrams, the person booking the telegram and any individual who provides the information implies consent of the use of the information and maintains full responsibility for the content provided to FunTAZM Entertainment. Any action arising out of the delivery of and reference to customized information will be the responsibility of the person(s) who made the booking and/or provided the information upon which the customizing was based. FunTAZM Entertainment will in no way be held responsible for the content of said information.
FunTAZM Entertainment is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages, howsoever caused, arising out of the use of information provided to us for customizing or booking purposes.
Any feedback or comments provided by a user will be deemed to be non-confidential and FunTAZM Entertainment may use such information in any way it chooses.
